Project Manager – Remote EdTech Delivery

About the role

Tribal, a leading EdTech provider, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Project Delivery Team. The role is remote, with occasional travel, and involves overseeing implementation and cloud migration projects for education customers across a suite of platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of new and existing projects, defining scope, planning and delivering results.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs and other governance documentation.
• Coordinate project resources, allocating the right skills at the right time and addressing any resourcing gaps.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, escalating and mitigating as needed.
• Ensure delivery follows agreed methodologies, governance frameworks and quality standards.
• Participate in governance meetings, steering groups and customer forums, providing clear progress updates.
• Provide project finance information to Programme Manager/Director and Head of PMO for monthly reviews.
• Submit milestone variation requests for internal approval before customer agreement.
• Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional consultant teams.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project governance, risk management and budgeting.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and travel when required.
