Project Manager – Residential Construction (Oxford)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead bespoke residential and commercial construction projects across Oxfordshire. You will split your time between the office and site, supporting delivery, coordinating teams and ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety and timeliness.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors and material procurement.
- Produce contract reports and monitor project progress.
- Work closely with site teams while maintaining a hands‑on approach when required.
- Manage contracts, budgets and health‑and‑safety compliance.
Required profile
- Experience in residential construction, refurbishments or new‑build projects.
- Background as Project Manager, Site Manager, Foreman or similar.
- Strong trade experience and a full UK driving licence.
