Project Manager – Retail & Ecommerce (Hybrid, Liverpool)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a market‑leading retailer’s growing project management function. The role will focus on delivering new off‑the‑shelf solutions across the company’s ecommerce and retail system estate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise system projects, including supply chain, warehouse management, product information and order management.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party suppliers to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain project artefacts such as plans, RAID logs and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven IT project management experience within a retail environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering a range of retail and ecommerce systems projects.
• Strong fundamentals in project planning, risk and issue management, and financial control.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management capabilities.
