Project Manager – Retail Marketing & Brand Production

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale brand, retail marketing and experiential projects across the UK and Ireland. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, initially hybrid and moving onsite as the programme approaches go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point across cross‑functional teams, managing internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Translate creative and brand strategy into detailed project plans, overseeing the full lifecycle from brief to post‑launch.
• Brief, onboard and manage agencies, production partners and specialist vendors while controlling budgets and ensuring financial governance.
• Maintain high production standards, ensure compliance with brand, legal and technical requirements, and mitigate risks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale projects within brand, retail marketing or production.
• Track record of delivering complex campaigns or experiential launches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget management experience.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in sport, culture or performance‑led brands is highly desirable.
