Project Manager – Social & Beauty

About the role

Burberry is looking for a Project Manager to lead social‑first creative initiatives for its Brand and Beauty divisions. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Creative Content, you will coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of social content, ensuring projects meet brand standards, timelines, and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver social‑first creative projects across Brand and Beauty social channels.
• Translate briefs into clear timelines, workflows and deliverables.
• Support production teams from concept through execution and post‑production.
• Manage production and post‑production schedules to ensure assets are delivered on time and in correct formats.
• Track reviews and approvals for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, brand guidelines and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Communications, PR, Events, VIP and Social teams.
• Align production timelines with content calendars and campaign launches.
• Work with Beauty teams, licensing partners and agencies to monitor deliverables.
• Maintain documentation of project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide project updates, flag risks and dependencies to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, production coordination, social content production or creative operations.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury or culturally driven industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage social campaigns and brand content.
