Project Manager - Wastewater Services

About the Role

Join Hydro International, a key part of the Tarmac and CRH Group, as a Project Manager dedicated to our UK Wastewater Services. Based in the Heathfield/Portland area, you will play a critical role in supporting environmental sustainability by managing the inspection, maintenance, renovation, and installation of advanced water and wastewater treatment equipment across the South-East of the UK.

Main Missions

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial quotation requests through to successful final closure.
• Oversee engineering projects to ensure strict compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and lead on-site activities, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, field teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to commercial growth within the wastewater sector.
• Monitor and produce monthly performance reports to track project progress and financial health.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing engineering or technical projects, ideally within the water or environmental sectors.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and client relations.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to travel across the South-East UK to support field operations.
