Project Solution Advisor – ERP & Sales Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Project Solution Advisor to join our remote implementation team, supporting clients across the UK, the Netherlands and Spain. You will act as the application expert, guiding partners through system design and ensuring successful ERP and sales‑planning deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on application design for partner teams, leveraging industry and technical knowledge.
• Assist internal ticket follow‑through and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to collect and validate customer requirements.
• Support testing of new project‑related features and functionalities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales planning processes, including trade promotion management, demand planning, revenue forecasting, trade spend management and claims settlements.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with sales‑planning solutions, preferably TPM or revenue forecasting tools.
• Detail‑oriented and solution‑focused mindset.
