Property Block Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing block management company based in Surrey, looking for an experienced Property Block Manager to join our expanding team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of residential blocks across South West London, working closely with senior property professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for leaseholders and contractors.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Arrange regular property inspections and coordinate Section 20 major works.
• Handle insurance claims and ensure compliance with fire safety and statutory regulations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operations of the portfolio, reporting to the Head of Property Management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in block management or residential property management.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical aptitude.
• Confidence in building relationships with clients, contractors and leaseholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of service.
