Property Coordinator – Residential Portfolio Support

About the role

We are looking for a Property Coordinator to support our residential portfolios across Birmingham. Working closely with Property Managers, you will help deliver high‑quality service to residents and stakeholders while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Property Managers in managing residential portfolios.
• Handle resident and stakeholder enquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare correspondence, raise contractor work orders, and coordinate insurance claims and key/fob requests.
• Monitor workflows, update property management systems and provide administrative support.
• Liaise with residents, contractors and other parties to resolve queries.
• Conduct occasional site visits to build property knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proficient use of IT tools, especially Microsoft Office and internal property systems.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
