About the role

Our client, a top‑tier Legal 500 law firm based in East London, is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join its specialist team. You will work on a broad mix of high‑quality contentious property matters, advising a diverse client base and managing your own caseload with appropriate support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial landlord‑tenant disputes.
• Manage boundary disputes and other contentious property issues.
• Provide legal advice to landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents and leaseholders.
• Draft pleadings, attend hearings and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain and develop a personal caseload while collaborating with senior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with solid experience in property litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex landlord‑tenant and boundary disputes.
• Strong analytical and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
