About the role

Join a respected, growing law firm in Brighton as a Property Litigation Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution team. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, working closely with senior partners and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle commercial and residential property litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, statements of case and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and advise clients on risk and strategy.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear, commercial advice.

Required profile

  • Qualified solicitor with litigation experience, preferably in property disputes.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
  • Commercially minded and client‑focused.
  • Confident in managing a diverse caseload independently.
