Property Manager – 3‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Property Manager to join our expanding Rent‑to‑Buy portfolio in Manchester. You will support residents as they move from renting to owning, ensuring a high‑quality tenancy experience and thriving communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Rent‑to‑Buy properties from move‑in through tenancy completion.
• Act as the first point of contact for residents, delivering outstanding service.
• Oversee lettings, tenancy sustainment, housing management and void turnaround activities.
• Administer rent accounts and support effective arrears recovery.
• Handle anti‑social behaviour cases and tenancy‑related issues.
• Coordinate reactive repairs and maintenance to maintain high property standards.
• Monitor portfolio risks, including compliance and scheme performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in property management, housing management, lettings or tenancy services.
• Strong knowledge of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) legislation.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet targets.
• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
• A full clean UK driving licence.
