About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rentals in Guildford. You will act as the primary liaison for landlords, tenants and contractors while delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Serve as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance works and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain legal compliance of all properties with current legislation.
• Handle tenancy renewals, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Keep accurate tenancy records and update internal property management systems.
• Process and organise contractor invoices.
• Prioritise a varied workload while meeting deadlines.
• Provide a professional, proactive service to clients and customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Flexible, positive and solutions‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
