About the role
We are recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join a fast‑growing property business in Birmingham. This is a hands‑on role managing a busy property portfolio, requiring strong organisation, resilience and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a high‑volume property portfolio and inventory
- Managing rent arrears and credit control
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Tenancy agreements, renewals and compliance
- Supporting vulnerable clients professionally and sensitively
- Resolving disputes, maintenance issues and other property‑related matters
Required profile
- Previous property management experience
- Good understanding of tenancy requirements
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively
