Property Manager – Manchester

About the role

Leaders, part of LRG, is seeking a Property Manager to join its fast‑paced, award‑winning team in Manchester. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring a smooth tenancy experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
• Accept, triage and resolve tenants' maintenance requests, escalating to landlords and contractors when needed.
• Update all parties regularly via phone, email or text and log detailed notes.
• Make well‑being calls to landlords and coordinate property inspections with inventory clerks.
• Arrange pre‑vacancy calls, manage check‑out processes and handle non‑managed deposits.
• Work with the property management team to ensure compliance, invoicing within 21 days and timely completion of works.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
