Property Manager – Residential Portfolio (Croydon)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a portfolio of residential developments centred around Croydon. The role offers a hybrid working model with occasional visits to the London office and provides a clear pathway for professional growth within a fast‑expanding block management company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential estates, conducting regular site inspections and producing detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and risk assessment requirements.
• Coordinate routine and reactive maintenance, obtain quotations, and oversee contractor work.
• Develop and monitor annual service charge budgets and support year‑end accounts.
• Handle insurance requirements, claims, and organise AGMs, EGMs, and resident meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasehold or block property management.
• Relevant qualifications such as TPI, ATPI or MTPI (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team.
