Property Manager – Residential Portfolio (North London)

About the role

We are seeking an ARLA‑qualified Property Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of around 150 residential properties in North London. You will work for an award‑winning independent estate agency that values its staff and offers clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a residential portfolio, from tenancy start to end.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, obtain quotations and oversee contractor work.
• Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth communication.
• Handle tenancy renewals, negotiations and resolve disputes.
• Maintain compliance documentation, including EPCs, Gas Safety certificates and EICRs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property management.
• ARLA qualification (or equivalent) and full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer‑focused attitude.
