Property Manager – Swindon

About the role

If you are passionate about property and customer service and want to work in a fast‑paced, award‑winning environment, this role is for you. Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, you will act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, handling enquiries, booking appointments and ensuring a smooth tenancy from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy, handling maintenance requests and triaging issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and landlords to resolve maintenance problems and ensure works are completed and invoiced within 21 days.
• Maintain regular updates to all parties via phone, email or text and log detailed notes.
• Conduct well‑being calls to landlords, arrange property inspections, and manage the check‑out process, including handling deposits through the No Deposit Scheme.
• Ensure mandatory compliance and legislation are in place on all properties and work with the team to address any lost units.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
