About the role

A great opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to join a busy, fast‑paced property team. You’ll support senior lawyers across residential and commercial conveyancing, managing files from onboarding through to completion and liaising with clients, agents and lenders.

Key responsibilities

Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing matters
Open, progress and complete files, including post‑completion
Manage key diary tasks and deadlines
Update clients professionally and promptly
Liaise with third parties
Use case management systems and conveyancing portals

Required profile

Minimum 12 months’ property paralegal experience
Strong residential conveyancing background
Commercial experience desirable
Organised, adaptable, confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure
