Property Services Officer

About the role

The Property Services Officer will work within the Property Services Department, handling repairs and property management helpdesk queries. You will log and progress issues reported via phone, email or the Out of Hours service and provide administrative support to the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Log and progress property repairs and management issues reported by phone, email or Out of Hours.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Services Team as required.
• Prioritise workload in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Contribute to team improvements and share proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service, IT and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced office and ability to prioritise confidently.
• Positive, proactive work ethic and a team‑player attitude.
• Keen to learn and support colleagues.
