Property Valuer / Lister - East Ham

About the role

Douglas Allen is hiring a Property Valuer / Lister for its East Ham branch. The role combines expert property valuation advice with listing properties and generating leads, working closely with the team and helping manage the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Give expert marketing advice to help customers get the best sale price
• List properties and secure top prices for vendors
• Stay ahead of market trends and build your reputation as an expert
• Find new leads and generate business
• Match properties with suitable buyers
• Help manage the branch and drive profitability
• Motivate and inspire the team, including running morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away

Required profile

• Proven experience of turning valuations into listings
• Great at building relationships
• Driven, passionate and able to thrive under pressure
• Self-motivated and genuinely cares about helping customers
• Strong work ethic, with honesty, trust and respect as values
• A full driving licence (car allowance or company car required)

What we offer

• Basic salary of £23,000 plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months, with realistic total earnings of £40,000 including commission
• Car allowance of £2,500 or a company car
