Protection Advisor – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join a fast‑growing financial services firm located near Liverpool Street, London. You will receive a steady flow of qualified, referred leads from our Mortgage Team, allowing you to focus on delivering expert protection advice and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert protection advice to clients and convert pre‑booked appointments into written business.
• Write high‑quality protection business that aligns with client needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and meet on‑target earnings.
• Adhere to all sales processes, compliance, and regulatory guidance.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships through exceptional service.

Required profile

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Protection Advisor.
• CAS status.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
• Commission structure with on‑target earnings of £60,000.
