About the role
We are seeking a recent Psychology graduate to join an outstanding high school in Ealing as a Teaching Assistant. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) across years 7 to 11.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the SENCO and SEN department in delivering tailored support to pupils with SEN.
- Work closely with teachers to implement classroom strategies and interventions.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to senior staff.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individual education plans.
Required profile
- Recent experience working with young people (voluntary school work, overseas teaching, sports coaching, youth work).
- Commitment to a full‑time schedule.
- Strong motivation and determination to succeed in an educational environment.
