Public Area Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the iconic Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge as a Public Area Attendant, delivering the high‑standard cleanliness and guest experience expected of a luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Collect section keys from the housekeeping office, sign the room report and return keys at the end of the shift.
• Clean exit staircases and pantry areas on the assigned floor.
• Maintain and store all cleaning equipment in its proper place.
• Thoroughly clean assigned public areas, with special focus on high‑traffic zones such as guest lifts, toilets, entrance doors, lobby carpets, ashtrays, restaurants and function rooms.
• Inspect facilities, furniture and fixtures, reporting any damage to the Team Leader for action.

Required profile

• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams (Housekeeping, Front Office) and interact confidently with guests and visitors.
• Entry‑level experience (0–1 year) in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills suitable for a guest‑facing environment.
