Purchase Ledger Clerk – Temporary (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team on a three‑month fixed‑term basis. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office (Tuesday mandatory) and flexible hours between 8 am and 8 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Implement an external utility management contract.
• Assist suppliers in transitioning to consolidated invoicing.
• Maintain and tidy the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy.
• Support procurement activities and drive compliance.
• Identify and introduce innovative ways of working within the finance function.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing purchase ledgers and processing invoices.
• Ability to contribute beyond basic invoice handling.
• Experience reviewing ledger processes, outsourcing arrangements and utilities management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good cultural fit.
• Familiarity with Xero is preferred, though training can be provided.
