Qualified Bus Driver – Full‑time

About the role

Arriva is looking for qualified PCV bus drivers to join its London fleet. You will operate routes across the capital, transporting commuters, tourists and students while contributing to a greener future.

Key responsibilities

• Drive scheduled bus services safely and on time.
• Assist passengers with boarding, alighting and ticket enquiries.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any faults.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and company policies.
• Complete required paperwork and electronic logs after each shift.

Required profile

• Valid PCV (Category D) licence, age 18+.
• Maximum six penalty points; London licence if previously employed by another London operator within six months.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
