About the role

Join Specsavers in Sale as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) and help customers rediscover the joy of everyday sounds. You will provide hearing care before, during and after appointments, working within a supportive, family‑like team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customers' hearing needs and recommend suitable hearing aids.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide post‑appointment support, including follow‑up checks and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with HCPC standards.
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser with current HCPC registration.
• Excellent attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Motivated team player eager to develop professionally.
• Must be qualified in wax removal.
