About the role
We are seeking a qualified lead electrician to join a fast‑growing renewable energy company operating across Oxfordshire. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality solar installations for domestic and commercial clients, with clear pathways to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installations as part of a dedicated solar installation team.
- Work on domestic projects while also supporting commercial assignments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and industry standards on all sites.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute installations efficiently.
Required profile
- Fully qualified electrician with a valid UK electrical qualification.
- Clean UK driver’s licence.
- Motivation to develop a career in the solar sector.
