Qualified Roofer – Full‑time with Company Van

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Roofer to join our team in Brighton, delivering reliable roofing repairs for domestic properties. You will work locally, using a company van, and contribute to improving homes and neighbourhoods.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out roofing repairs on pitched and flat roofs across domestic properties.
• Perform tile repairs, mortar work and general roof maintenance.
• Work to drawn specifications, reports and repair requirements.
• Complete general building repairs linked to roofing work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors, schedulers and wider teams to meet deadlines.
• Record work activity and complete required documentation.
• Support apprentices and contribute to team performance and KPIs.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Roofing, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience carrying out roofing repairs in domestic or social housing.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Residence within the BN postcode area.
