About the role

We are looking for motivated and reliable qualified secondary teachers to support students across a range of Birmingham schools. You will work alongside teachers to create a dynamic classroom environment where every pupil can reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects.
Assist students individually and in groups with their learning.
Help manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Provide additional support for students with special educational needs when required.
Encourage student engagement and participation.

Required profile

Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Proactive and flexible approach.
