About the role
We are looking for motivated and reliable qualified secondary teachers to support students across a range of Birmingham schools. You will work alongside teachers to create a dynamic classroom environment where every pupil can reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects.
- Assist students individually and in groups with their learning.
- Help manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Provide additional support for students with special educational needs when required.
- Encourage student engagement and participation.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Proactive and flexible approach.
