Quality Inspector / Auditor – Late Shift (Temp to Perm)

About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / Product Auditor to join a busy production team in Woking. The role starts on a day‑shift training schedule and then moves to a late‑shift (3 pm‑9 pm) on a temp‑to‑perm basis.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect customer products at every stage of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inspection records in line with company procedures.
- Read and follow detailed process sheets and work instructions.
- Communicate findings and any non‑conformities to the production team.
Required profile
- High degree of mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift patterns after the training period.

What we offer
- Starting pay rate of £13.21 per hour plus holiday pay.
- Temp‑to‑perm contract with a 12‑week probation leading to a permanent position.
- Late‑shift hours (3 pm‑9 pm) after training.
