Quantity Surveying Lecturer – Part‑time (3 days/week)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveying Lecturer to join our client’s team on a part‑time basis (three days per week). The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching for a RICS‑accredited BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying programme and helping shape the next generation of construction professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and assessments for the Quantity Surveying degree programme.
• Collaborate with the Programme Manager to support programme growth and development.
• Create an outstanding learning experience tailored to diverse student needs.
• Implement flexible delivery methods to accommodate various learning styles and schedules.

Required profile

• Current Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS).
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying and professional experience in the field.
• Experience in training or teaching, preferably within a Further Education environment.
• Teaching qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards one.
