Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Epsom unit, supporting painting, decorating and refurbishment projects across South London. You will work on commercial property development, education and social housing contracts, delivering accurate cost estimates and managing commercial risk.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and tender documentation for new contracts.
• Measure on‑site quantities and produce detailed bills of quantities.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks through cost value reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to set productivity and labour targets.
• Support contract administration and ensure alignment with project planning.

Required profile

• Strong integrity, honesty and teamwork orientation.

• Experience in construction cost management, preferably within painting and refurbishment sectors.
