R&D Manager - Product Development

About the role

Amcor is seeking an R&D Manager – Product Development to lead dairy product development within its Flexible Europe, Middle East and Africa business unit. The position is based in Europe and operates in a hybrid work model, reporting to the Product Development Director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the dairy product development portfolio.
• Drive research and development initiatives for innovative, responsible packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate product innovation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for food, medicine and other goods.
• Support Amcor’s sustainability and growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in research and development and product development, preferably in the dairy sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product development projects.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment across Europe.
