About the role
Amcor is seeking an R&D Manager – Product Development to lead dairy product development within its Flexible Europe, Middle East and Africa business unit. The position is based in Europe and operates in a hybrid work model, reporting to the Product Development Director.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the dairy product development portfolio.
- Drive research and development initiatives for innovative, responsible packaging solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate product innovation.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for food, medicine and other goods.
- Support Amcor’s sustainability and growth objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in research and development and product development, preferably in the dairy sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product development projects.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment across Europe.
