Reach Truck Driver – Warehouse Operative (Afternoon/Night Shifts)

About the role

People Solutions is recruiting a Reach Truck Driver (Warehouse Operative) for a well‑established client in Wigan. The role offers ongoing temporary work with the potential to become permanent, covering afternoon and night shifts in a busy logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks to pick and replenish stock efficiently.
• Assist the packing team by preparing orders for dispatch.
• Stack, wrap and organise pallets.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping, including breaking down cardboard and disposing of waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Valid RTITB or ITSSAR Reach Truck licence.
• Hard‑working, reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work well within a team and meet productivity targets.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Reach truck operation.
• RTITB Reach Truck Licence.
• ITSSAR Reach Truck Licence.
