Real Estate Claims Handler

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Claims Handler to join our London‑based claims team within Everywhen, part of the Ardonagh Group. In this role you will manage property and real‑estate insurance claims for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring a smooth experience and optimal settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive first notification of loss, set up claims and validate them against policy cover.
• Present costs to insurers or directors for authorisation within delegated authority.
• Manage a personal portfolio of ongoing insurance claims, liaising with insurers, experts and accident management companies.
• Provide advice to clients throughout the claim lifecycle and handle escalations, including complaints.
• Request and record claim information accurately, ensuring efficient and personable service.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling property or real‑estate insurance claims, or experience with smaller risks and a desire to progress to more complex cases.
• Ability to quickly learn a range of claim types and work independently while meeting objectives set with line manager.
