Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 4+ PQE, Manchester

About the role

This position offers an experienced solicitor the chance to join a leading UK law firm’s real estate finance team in Manchester. You will work on a broad portfolio of commercial transactions, supporting lenders on both routine and complex deals while managing your own caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Act on a range of real estate finance transactions for lenders.
• Assist on larger, complex deals and manage an independent caseload.
• Draft facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong technical ability in real estate finance, commercial property and landlord/tenant transactions.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and demonstrated leadership qualities.
