Real Estate Solicitor (Oxfordshire)

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team based in Oxfordshire. You will work with a diverse client base—including landlords, tenants, developers, investors and commercial occupiers—delivering high‑quality commercial property advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters such as acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending and development projects.
• Provide commercially focused advice to clients and take ownership of matters from start to finish.
• Support the growth of the practice through business development and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Solid grounding in landlord and tenant matters, investment work, secured lending or development transactions.
• Excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness and confidence managing an independent caseload.
• Interest in business development and building lasting client relationships.
