About the role
Join Rapport as a Reception Team Leader, overseeing the front‑of‑house experience for clients in Edinburgh with occasional travel to Glasgow. You will lead a dedicated reception team, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards and seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Regional Reception Manager in delivering outstanding client service.
- Lead, motivate and develop the reception team, fostering creativity and operational excellence.
- Manage catering and hospitality requirements to the highest quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Account Managers.
- Prepare rotas, assist with recruitment, HR tasks and performance reviews.
- Greet and escort guests, organise meeting rooms, refreshments and AV support.
Required profile
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Previous leadership experience in a 5‑star or luxury service environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high standards.
- Excellent communication and proactive approach.
