About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Belfast office. You will ensure the reception area runs smoothly while providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Answer, screen and forward calls on a busy switchboard.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings and set up boardrooms for meetings.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure required equipment is available.
- Arrange catering and supplier orders for meetings and events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as mail sorting, office supplies ordering and courier coordination.
- Support ISO, health & safety and fire‑warden duties.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Proactive, professional attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer‑service role.
- Friendly, approachable manner and ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to become a First Aider and Fire Warden (training provided).
- Knowledge of workplace health & safety and fire evacuation procedures is desirable.
