About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every visitor with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently.
• Maintain the appearance and readiness of meeting and conference rooms.
• Coordinate meeting bookings, arrange refreshments and catering, and adapt to changes promptly.
• Liaise with Facilities, IT and Hospitality teams to guarantee flawless event execution.
• Resolve issues calmly and swiftly to uphold service standards.
• Support broader front‑of‑house projects as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent people skills with a natural ability to put others at ease.
• Calm under pressure and attentive to detail.
• Proactive, taking ownership without waiting for direction.
• Experience in luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, premium hospitality venues, corporate reception or concierge services.
