Receptionist / Front of House Manager

About the role

Join a multi‑award‑winning aesthetic clinic as the first point of contact for clients. You will manage the front desk, greet visitors, and support the daily operations of a leading non‑surgical cosmetic practice in Birmingham’s Edgbaston Medical Quarter.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, answer phone calls, and handle enquiries with professional phone etiquette.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Assist the aesthetic physician and clinical team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area that reflects the clinic’s premium brand.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a luxury service environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional demeanor with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Previous exposure to healthcare or aesthetic environments is a plus.
