Receptionist & Hospitality Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist & Hospitality Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, guests and Ultra High Net Worth individuals at our prestigious investment firm in Pall Mall, London. This permanent role combines front‑of‑house reception duties with behind‑the‑scenes hospitality support, offering a varied and fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, polished, five‑star welcome to clients, guests and UHNWIs.
• Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, couriers and general office coordination.
• Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and ensure spaces are impeccably presented.
• Prepare and set up refreshment stations, working lunches and buffet‑style catering.
• Assist with external catering deliveries and high‑end client events.
• Maintain a pristine kitchenette, restocking and organising supplies throughout the day.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative and hospitality support to the wider team.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, hotels, restaurants or a customer‑facing role.
• Energetic, proactive and willing to take ownership of both front‑ and back‑of‑house duties.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
• “No task too small” mindset – comfortable greeting VIPs or handling kitchen duties.
• Motivation to build a long‑term career within a corporate environment.
