Receptionist / Telephonist – Front of House at Toyota Dealership

About the role

We are looking for a polished and articulate Receptionist/Telephonist to be the first point of contact for customers at our Toyota dealership in Bristol, Patchway. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and involves creating a brilliant first impression of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department.
• Pass on and respond to customer messages promptly.
• Support departments with customer events and promotional activities.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties to keep the front of house running smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a service or retail environment.
• Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with new customers.
• Self‑motivated and able to create a positive first impression of the business.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to deliver excellent service.
