Personal Assistant to Senior Executives

About the role

ITV is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support five senior executives across International Studios. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate global travel, and provide high‑level administrative support in a fast‑paced media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise evolving diaries for multiple directors across international time zones, protecting executive time and handling confidential information.
• Arrange end‑to‑end UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, itineraries and contingency planning.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling logistics, room bookings, agendas, presentations and minute taking.
• Process expenses, purchase orders and invoices with accuracy.
• Maintain organised filing systems on Google Drive and build strong relationships with PAs and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant PA experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑moving organisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, competing priorities and complex international travel.
• Strong financial administration skills, including expense and invoice management.
• Exceptional organisational detail, discretion and proactive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Mac operating systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
