Recruiter – German & English (Remote, UK/Poland)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter fluent in German and English to join our fast‑growing EMEA talent team. Working remotely from the UK or Poland, you will support hiring for a pharmaceutical client across Germany and Austria, handling both permanent and contingent positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for entry‑ to senior‑level roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, apprentices, trainees and interns to understand hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and guide hiring decisions.
• Manage contingent hiring processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance and agency coordination.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver an engaging candidate experience.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects such as sales pipelining and recruitment process enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment (in‑house, agency or RPO).
• Experience handling multiple requisitions and stakeholder groups.
• Exposure to contingent workforce and agency management.
• Fluent German and English (essential).
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
