Recruiter – Justice Digital, Data and Science

About the role

The Justice Digital, Data and Science team within the Ministry of Justice is seeking two Recruiters to join its Recruitment Delivery squad. You will work in a hybrid model, supporting hiring managers across the UK to attract and hire staff and contractors for digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for staff and contractors, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes aligned with customer priorities, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain up‑to‑date workforce data and forecast future hiring needs.
• Apply recruitment best practices and expert knowledge to secure talented personnel.
• Engage with internal partners to communicate business needs and manage candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering full recruitment cycles in an agency or internal setting.
• Proven ability to provide service excellence and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working in agile squads or collaborative teams to improve processes.
• Willingness to obtain BPSS security clearance.
