Recruiter – RPO Talent Acquisition (Engineering)

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting a high‑profile global client. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions, driving sourcing, screening, assessment and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for multiple high‑visibility business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maximise successful placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Utilise direct sourcing tools to create a quality candidate pipeline and talent pools.
• Champion recruitment best practices and support service‑delivery targets.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and candidate availability updates to hiring managers.
• Maintain critical recruitment metrics and ensure data integrity in reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, RPO or agency environments.
• Strong stakeholder and networking capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple talent‑acquisition projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on process excellence and innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Experience interpreting data and generating reports.
