Recruitment Account Manager – Education Sector

About the role

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join its Southampton tuition team. You will act as the primary liaison between schools and our pool of qualified teaching professionals, helping clients meet their staffing needs while driving revenue through targeted sales.

Key responsibilities

• Source, register and maintain a database of qualified teaching professionals.
• Engage with client schools to understand staffing requirements and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Advertise vacancies, conduct CV searches and manage candidate registrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fill bookings and support candidate communications.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented with a winning attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, ‘can‑do’ mindset and willingness to learn.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Previous experience in a B2B sales or education‑related role is advantageous.
